Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nimbus desktop app and the meetnimbus.ai website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Using Nimbus

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Accounts

You sign in with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service;
• Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Nimbus and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other brand features. You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nimbus is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output; you are responsible for reviewing its results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
